Located just minutes from the Monroe County History Museum and Bloomington Hospital, our Bloomington Care Center is fully equipped to meet the unique needs of our residents. The team prides itself on being accountable to our residents and their families through short-term assistance, long-term care, and memory care along with a variety of recreational activities and spiritual services. In 2018, the Bloomington Care Center was a proud recipient of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Bronze Quality Award for its commitment to continuous improvement.

Executive Director
Bloomington Care Center's Executive Director Scott Swaby has over 30 years of industry experience and joined our team two years ago. Kind and caring, he leads the Bloomington team by example, taking a coaching mentality and approach in his work. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Cindy, his two Sharp Eagles, Amos and Andy, and his Boston Terrier, Archie.
