Executive Director
Brentwood Care Center’s Executive Director Shelley Brown is a diplomatic and transformational leader, leading by listening to all input from her team as they work to achieve one greater vision. She was drawn to the long-term care field by her compassion and dedication to serving both staff and residents. Shelley expresses that long-term care has her heart and she feels blessed with her coworkers and residents. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, boating, gardening, scrapbooking, and more.
