We Are Golden Rule
Nestled among early 19th- and 20th-century architecture in Richmond, IN is our Golden Rule Care Center. Named after the "golden rule" of treating others how you wish to be treated, Golden Rule sees every member of the community as family and is resilient in addressing our residents' unique needs. The team's efforts earned Golden Rule Care Center the 2018 American Health Care Association (AHCA) and National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Bronze Quality Award, as well as the Silver Excellence Award in 2020.

Lynn Adams
Executive Director
Golden Rule Care Center’s Executive Director Lynn Adams has extensive experience spanning over 30 years in the skilled nursing space. She began her career as a certified nurse assistant before becoming a qualified medication aide, then a nurse, and finally an administrator in 2015. Lynn has been with the Brickyard team since 2017. Energetic and hardworking, Lynn leads the Golden Rule team by example and takes pride in tailoring her approach to best serve their distinct needs. In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family, particularly her three grandsons.
