Sam Nantz serves as Executive Director of Brickyard Healthcare – LaPorte Care Center. With 17 years of experience in long-term care, she has built her career through roles including Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), central supply, and social services before earning her nursing home administrator license. Sam leads with integrity, consistency, and equality, fostering a culture where team members are empowered to deliver exceptional resident care. She is passionate about creating positive outcomes for residents, families, and staff through collaboration and servant leadership. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and daughter, and staying active by running 5Ks and 10Ks.
