Victoria Palmer
Executive Director
Victoria Palmer serves as the Executive Director of Sycamore Village. She holds a master’s degree in public health administration and brings a strong background in senior living leadership. Prior to joining Sycamore Village, Victoria served as the Memory Care Director at our Muncie Care Center for four years, where she was dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care for residents living with memory loss. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons. She loves hiking, traveling, and creating meaningful memories with her family.
