Jennifer Zahn
Executive Director
Jennifer Zahn serves as the Administrator of Valparaiso Care Center, bringing more than 12 years of healthcare experience and a diverse clinical background that includes roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), phlebotomist, phlebotomy instructor, and registered nurse after earning her Associate of Science in Nursing. Following the successful completion of Brickyard Healthcare's Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program and earning her state and national licensure, Jennifer transitioned into healthcare administration, where she is committed to strengthening operations, supporting quality resident care, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and team members. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage children and is actively involved in charitable efforts within her community.
