Before joining Willow Springs, they served as Executive Director at CarDon & Associates, where they managed a Medicare and Medicaid community and led its transformation from a 1-star to a 4-star CMS rating in just three years. There, they also helped launch an in-house dialysis clinic and strengthened staff retention, occupancy, and overall satisfaction. At Willow Springs, Keeshan Patel oversees operations, supports provider engagement, and partners with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and clinical outcomes. They take pride in mentoring staff, optimizing workflows, and developing growth strategies that ensure both residents and employees thrive.
